Website and evaluation terms.
These terms cover public website use and API evaluation access. Production commercial use may also be governed by separate commercial terms.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing the website, documentation, console, or evaluation API, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
Website and documentation access
You may use the public site and documentation to evaluate the product, understand coverage, and determine whether the API fits your workflow. You may not interfere with the availability, integrity, or operation of the site.
Accounts and API keys
Console and API access require an approved account and issued credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting API keys from unauthorized disclosure. Public documentation does not, by itself, grant unrestricted production API access.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass authentication, reverse engineer private systems, abuse rate limits, scrape protected application surfaces outside the documented API, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful activity, credential abuse, or denial-of-service behavior.
Data and source material
The platform normalizes public and public-facing source material, including procurement records, source notices, document metadata, extracted text, and history. Source systems remain the authoritative upstream origin of that material, and availability or field coverage may vary by dataset.
Commercial terms and changes
Commercial API use may also be governed by an order form, evaluation approval, or separate commercial terms. We may update coverage, documentation, request limits, product behavior, or these terms as the product evolves. Updated terms will apply when posted unless a separate commercial agreement says otherwise.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website, documentation, and evaluation access are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site or evaluation service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account or user is violating these terms, creating operational risk, or misusing the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
