Frequently asked
What counts as a request?
One HTTP call to a /v1/* endpoint counts as one request, regardless of how many records it returns. Detail, document, history, and analytics routes each count as one request. Cursor pagination counts as one request per page.
Are documents billed separately?
No. Document metadata, extracted text, and PDF download URLs are part of the opportunity response and covered by your request quota. There is no separate per-document cap on any plan.
Do you charge for egress or bandwidth?
No. Bandwidth is not metered on any plan.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
Sandbox, Starter, Growth, and Developer are capped and return 429 once the monthly quota is reached. Upgrade before the cap. Developer is the highest self-serve tier today.
Can I get a historical backfill or bulk export?
Not as a self-serve feature right now. Use the current APIs for ongoing sync and source-specific history where available.
What support is included?
Sandbox, Starter, and Growth use community channels and public docs. Developer includes email support with a 1 business-day response target.
