Frequently asked
What counts as a request?
One HTTP call to a /v1/* endpoint counts as one request, regardless of how many records it returns. Detail, document, history, and analytics routes each count as one request. Cursor pagination counts as one request per page.
Are documents billed separately?
No. Document metadata, extracted text, and PDF download URLs are part of the opportunity response and covered by your request quota. There is no separate per-document cap on any plan.
Do you charge for egress or bandwidth?
No. Bandwidth is not metered on any plan.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
Sandbox, Starter, and Developer are capped and return 429 once the monthly quota is reached. Upgrade before the cap, or contact us for custom Enterprise volume.
Can I get a historical backfill or bulk export?
Bulk export and backfill beyond the rolling sync window are Enterprise features. For Developer accounts that occasionally need a deeper pull, contact us about a one-time backfill.
Do you offer annual contracts?
Yes. Annual pre-pay on Developer takes 15% off; Enterprise is always annual. Contact sales for multi-year terms or consumption-based pricing.
What support is included?
Sandbox and Starter use community channels and public docs. Developer includes email support with a 1 business-day response target. Enterprise includes a dedicated Slack or Teams channel, named support contact, and an uptime SLA.
Do you sign an MSA, DPA, or complete a security review?
Yes, on Enterprise. We have SOC 2 Type II in progress and can complete standard procurement and security questionnaires as part of the contract process.
